Our engineers have experience on all Microsoft Operating Systems and Hardware Repairs.

We carry a large stock of basic PC components enabling us to resolve most hardware issues quickly. If we do not have the faulty part in stock we can normally arrange for a replacement by the following
business day through one of our distributors.

Upgrades

If you want to give your old PC a new lease of life why not consider upgrading one or more of the core components. We stock a selection of parts and can order in specific items or fit hardware supplied by you.

Data Retrieval

Whether you require the data from your old PC transferred to a new system or maybe your current system has suffered from a hardware failure, we are able to recover data and transfer onto suitable media. Should your hard drive become corrupted or be mistakenly formatted we are still able to help in most instances.

Software Issues

Many of the PC's we are asked to repair have software issues. It could be damage to the Windows operating system or maybe a conflict between software packages. In many instances we can resolve these issues without resorting to reformatting the PC and incurring unnecessary charges.

Viruses and Malicious Software Attacks

The nature of this type of issue makes protecting against them very difficult, however Genmar can assist. We install the correct software on your PC when new, and help you implement 'best practices' when using email and the internet. If already infected we can still assist and in many instances preserve your data.
