All Inclusive

Our All-Inclusive maintenance contract allows you peace of mind in knowing that your set monthly fee covers all your daily IT requirements.  It is a pro-active service with Genmar acting as your IT department.

The maintenance contract covers all necessary housekeeping tasks ensuring updates and patches are installed as required. When performing the initial investigation we allocate you a number of hours onsite per month for our technicians to visit. Time spent on-site beyond this allocation will be charged at a reduced rate. All remote access is included which is used to maintain your systems but is also a great tool for supporting and training your staff. We can assist where required on supporting Line of Business Applications, such as ACT and Sage. To improve support efficiency we will create a full asset register of all computers, servers, printers and other network hardware along with their associated software configurations.

 

Prices are based on the number of PCs, Servers and line of business applications drawn from a thorough on-site investigation of your infrastructure. Your contract is reviewed after three months and then every six months to allow for changes to our workload and to discuss potential improvements. The maintenance contract in conjunction with our other complementary services such as Online Backup, Broadband, Website and email hosting allows us to offer a single point of contact, a 'one-stop-shop' for all your IT needs, allowing you to concentrate solely on your business.

Custom

A pro-active service designed for organisations with a working knowledge of IT During our initial investigation and consultation with you we agree which devices are to be covered and the amount of inclusive on site hours required. Time spent on-site beyond this allocation will be charged at a reduced rate for covered devices and at our standard rate for devices outside the agreement. Remote access on maintained devices is included for proactive maintenance and support. Remote access on non maintained devices will be charged at our standard rate. As with the all inclusive contract during the initial inspection we will create a full asset register of all computers, servers, printers and other network hardware along with their associated software configurations.

 

Ad Hoc.

Reactive Support as required, Ad-Hoc services can be used at any time. We offer in house, on site and remote access support. Charges are made at our standard rate. The service is reactive and mainly used by companies with their own in house IT department requiring assistance with large projects or at the other end of the scale used by home users to resolve issues as and when they arise.

Although this is a re-active service we recommend that you invest in one to two hours of our time to allow us to perform an on-site investigation. This allows us to record information on your setup that will be of benefit should you require our assistance in the future. 


Not only will we keep a record of the required information but we will make recommendations designed to help your IT infrastructure perform to your requirements. With the Ad Hoc service you can still opt for some or all of our complementary services, allowing us to be your single point of contact, a one-stop-shop for your IT needs and allowing you to concentrate on your business
